Created a MVP and PRD for an updated Skin Decoder quiz on Versed's website, using AI to improve user experience and find solutions to user painpoints

Entrepreneurial Exchange Group - Startup Team

As a part of the 10-week startup program for NYU EEG, I created a new feature on Versed's website to improve customer experience and product interaction. Versed is a skincare company sold through its own direct channel as well as retailers such as Target. In this project, I created a PRD and MVP for Versed's Skin Decoder, a pre-existing online skin quiz to help customers navigate Versed's product offerings. I added a proposed AI feature to the quiz to help identify skin concerns and issues through facial mapping to then direct customers to Versed products that can address these concerns.
